Tryout and Registration Information

Registration is open for the 2025-2026 season

Welcome to the 2025-2026 Minnesota North Volleyball Club Season. You will need to create a Sport Engine account to register with Minnesota North. Please save this login and password for future use.  Everyone must pre-register online before attending tryouts in person. Please follow the Steps below to register your player.

This is a closed tryout, no parents will be allowed to stay and watch.  Please check your player in and once tryouts start you will be asked to exit the gym. 

Boy's Tryouts (ALL Boys) - Sunday November 2nd, 2025

ALL ages

Check in between 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm                                                        

Tryouts are from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

 

Girl's Tryouts:

Sunday November 2nd, 2025 – Grades 3 - 8                         

Grades 7 -8 (13s - 14s)   

Check in between 7:00 am – 8:00 am

Tryouts are from 8:00 am – 12:00 am

 

Grades 3 - 6 (12s)

Check in between 12:00 am – 1:00 pm

Tryouts are from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

 

Sunday November 9th, 2025 – Grades 9 – 12

Ages 15 & 16

Check in between 7:00 am - 8:00 am

Tryouts from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Ages 17 & 18                 

Check in between 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Tryouts are from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

2 Payments are due when registering, paid online.  Fees are added on at the time of check out:

        Team Deposits of $300.00

        Tryout fee of $20.00 (non-refundable)

Step 2 - After you register

Please click on the JVA link below, fill out this form. It asks for the following:

  • Select your club - Minnesota North Volleyball

  • Club Director Name - Pete Stasiuk 

  • Email pstasiuk@msn.com. 

  • Register as a player, not a coach

Step 3

Next click on the USAV form.  Fill this out and turn it in the day of tryouts.  

Trying out for a Nationals team, please bring a copy of your birth certificate as this is needed for some tournaments.

Players will not be allowed to tryout unless all these forms are signed and turned in and have a zero account balance from prior years.

Step 4

Reminders:

1 Check is due the day of tryouts, write checks to MN North Volleyball.  No Cash accepted.  Reminder, checks will NOT be cashed UNLESS you do not work your mandatory concession shifts.

        Concessions Deposit $600.00

Team deposit will only be refunded if a Quit email is sent to board@mnnorth.com by:  THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13th.  After that refunds are prorated depending on if jersey packages are order for your player.

MN North requires payment plans through SportsEngine for the regular season (auto-draft will be set up for all players).  Once payment plans are set up, you will receive an email to accept and finish setting up payment plans.
