Please click on the JVA link below, fill out this form. It asks for the following:

• Select your club - Minnesota North Volleyball
• Club Director Name - Pete Stasiuk 
• Email pstasiuk@msn.com. 
• Register as a player, not a coach

Next click on the USAV form.  Fill this out and turn it in the day of tryouts.  

Trying out for a Nationals team, please bring a copy of your birth certificate as this is needed for some tournaments.

Players will not be allowed to tryout unless all these forms are signed and turned in and have a zero account balance from prior years.

2 Payments are due when registering, paid online:

        Team Deposits of $300.00

        Tryout fee of $20.00 (non-refundable)

1 Check is due the day of tryouts, write checks to MN North Volleyball.  No Cash accepted

        Concessions Deposit $400.00

Team deposit will only be refunded if a Quit email is sent to board@mnnorth.com by:  WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13th

MN North requires payment plans through SportsEngine for the regular season (auto-draft will be set up for all players).  Once payment plans are set up, you will receive an email to accept and finish setting up payment plans.
